Kelly Denison - Co-founder, President and Director of Client Relations

Ms. Denison brings to Liberty more than 25 years of business experience. Her early career as a Certified Paralegal, along with more than 20 years experience in the medical-legal industry in a variety of increasingly vital management roles, provide a depth of knowledge of industry practices and procedures that is critical to consultants and clients alike. Ms. Denison’s responsibilities at liberty include management of operations, consultant and client relations, and business development.

Ms. Denison is heavily involved in non-profit work, including 5 years as Treasurer of the Sacramento Claims Association. In addition, she is a former President and currently Director at Large of the Sacramento Valley Morgan Horse Club.

Education: Graduate of Healds Business College and Pacific College of Legal Careers.

Steven W. Jahn – Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jahn has more than 25 years of business experience in a wide variety of financial and non-financial roles, including more than 5 years specifically in medical-legal administration. His responsibilities at Liberty include oversight of all financial and accounting functions, as well as marketing, technological development and general management duties. His prior experience with systems development and implementation are critical to Liberty’s in-house software development programs.

Education: BS – Business Administration (Accounting), University of San Francisco 1982, cum laude. CPA, 1987.
